We accept both out-of-pocket payments and certain insurance plans. My standard out-of-pocket rate is $145 per session. We also provide superbills, giving you the option to submit claims to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Individual Therapy
We offer individual therapy sessions both in-person and via Telehealth within the state of Missouri. Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.
